What inspired you to run / train for a marathon?
I'm starting to train for a marathon. My main reason is the challenge and be in better shape. What is your reason (s) to run?
Who had completed training and other distances and the marathon was only the natural "next step". The fact that my first marathon just happened to land on my birthday was an extra incentive.
